We are still open as normal during the February & March lockdown!
Important Health Information
The health and safety of everyone who comes into the clinic is paramount and it is crucial that there are measures in place to minimise the risk of transmission of COVID-19 wherever possible. The clinic remains open and we are following a thorough risk assessment and with appropriate PPE. More information regarding the changes and modifications can be found at the bottom of this email. Please do read this through as it is vital to ensuring that we can continue to operate safely. Please ensure that you wear your own mask at every appointment.
During the closure of the clinic during the first lockdown, we were working hard behind the scenes and are now running a fully computerised diary aimed at giving you a better service to include email and SMS reminders as well as email payment receipts. In addition we will shortly be able to offer a 24/7 online booking service through our completely redesigned website www.chiropractic-clinic.com. Our new website will also include news and more information on some exciting new treatment and services:
We now offer state of the art Erchonia low level laser therapy treatment – a form of phototherapy which increases the speed, quality and tensile strength of tissue repair to resolve inflammation and provide pain relief.
We will also be offering functional nutrition assessments which will consider every aspect of one’s health, diet and overall lifestyle in order to provide nutrition / supplement recommendations and specialist protocols to help resolve a number of issues. Please talk to Max if this is something that you are interested in.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
With kindest regards
Max and the team at Bradford House Chiropractic Clinic
Information for patients
Payments made in the clinic will be cashless & contactless when possible.
There will be spacing between appointments which allows us to disinfect surfaces between patients.
I will be wearing appropriate PPE as recommended by the British Chiropractic Association. Please ensure that you bring your own face mask to every appointment and wear it on entering the premises.
Patients are encouraged to arrive at the exact time of their appointment, not too early or late to avoid overcrowding.
Upon arrival at the clinic patients will be able to wait in the reception area in designated seating which will be arranged at an appropriate distance between other chairs, practicing social distancing. You will then be called down to wait in the cubicle area as per normal practice. Patients are asked to wear appropriate clothing (preferably loose), we will NOT be able to provide any gowns/shorts at the practice at this time.
Patients are asked to leave accessory items such as watches & jewellery at home or in their car.
Patients should only be accompanied if they are minors or if they require assistance.
All patients will have their temperature taken by a receptionist and/or chiropractor upon arrival at the clinic.
Hand sanitiser will be available & all patients will be requested to sanitise their hands when entering & exiting the clinic.
Patients are encouraged not to remain in the clinic after their appointment for longer than is absolutely necessary.
Watch for COVID-19 symptoms & please reschedule your appointment if:
• You are experiencing any signs & symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, sore throat, tiredness, fever).
• You have had exposure to a suspected or confirmed case of Covid-19 i.e. a someone in your household or co-worker.
• You are experiencing any shortness of breath or chest pain/tightness.
• You have any unusual abdominal symptoms e.g. loss of appetite or diarrhoea.
• You have a loss of smell or taste.
• You have had exposure to anyone with suspected or diagnosed COVID-19 in the last 14-21 days.
If you are in the ‘at risk group’, you are strongly advised NOT to receive care at this time. Please contact Max directly on email to discuss this.
Ultimately, at Bradford House Chiropractic Clinic, we are doing all that we reasonably can to minimise risk whilst remaining open. However you should be aware that we cannot completely eliminate risk, especially as COVID-19 can be spread by those showing no symptoms.
