The Chiropractors

We currently have two chiropractors at Bradford House Chiropractic Clinic; both are Members of The British Chiropractic Association, College of Chiropractors and are registered with The General Chiropractic Council.

Both our chiropractors work together as a close team. If a patient is unable to see their usual chiropractor then the other will always be happy to help.

Chiropractic training

Both chiropractors at Bradford House Chiropractic Clinic are Members of The British Chiropractic Association, College of Chiropractors and registered with The General Chiropractic Council and as such are trained to the highest national and international standards.

They have both completed a minimum of 4 years full-time university undergraduate education, followed by 1 year in supervised practice. Like medical doctors and many other professionals they do Continual Professional Development (CPD), in order to keep completely up-to-date on the advances within the profession.

Professional Association

The British Chiropractic Association (BCA), established in 1925, is the largest professional association for chiropractors in Britain and is the only UK association with international recognition.

Although all chiropractors in the UK must be registered with The General Chiropractic Council, the BCA only accepts into its membership graduates of those chiropractic colleges recognised by the BCA who uphold those international educational standards approved by either The European Council for Chiropractic Education (ECCE) or The Council for Chiropractic Education (CCE).

In choosing a BCA chiropractor, you can be assured that they are governed by the Rules, Bye-Laws and Code of Ethics of the Association and that they have completed an internationally recognised and accepted, minimum 4 year full-time university undergraduate education.

For more information visit the BCA website: www.chiropractic-uk.co.uk

Registered chiropractors

The General Chiropractic Council (GCC) is responsible for the regulation and setting of standards of the profession. It is a legal requirement for all chiropractors in the UK to be registered with the GCC.

For more information visit the GCC website: www.gcc-uk.org
